I don't live in Brisbane can I still order a yearbook?

Of course! We cater for schools Australia wide.

Online communication makes it an easy and simple process.

Supply us your content and we will send you a PDF proof (or hard copy) to check over before going to print.

Can I come round to the PC Graphic Art office?

Definitely! We love to communicate face to face with our clients.

When do I need to put in an order?

You can make an enquiry at any time and negotiate a delivery date to your school.

How do I organise a yearbook?

After you accept a quote we will supply you with an organisational folder to help you prepare your yearbook content.

When do I need to start organising?

It definitely pays to start organising your yearbook as soon as possible. Some events such as the school swimming carnival are at the start of the year so you will have to keep track of photos and results.

How many books can I order?

Our minimum order quantity is 150 books.

How do I supply my content to you?

You will need to supply us your yearbook content on CD along with the corresponding plastic sleeves from the organisational folder. The best files for us to use are word documents and jpeg images.

What is the proofing process?

Once we receive your content we will start working on the designs. We can either provide you with a draft print out of the page when we complete it OR we can email you a PDF of each page. Whatever works best for you.

We need you to thoroughly proof these pages and let us know if there are any corrections as soon as possible.

When all pages are approved we will send the book to print. You will then get to see large colour proofs to check that all colours are ok. Once these are signed off the final printing will proceed!
